Technical notes

System ROMs embedded in binary: chargen 500 (901225-01), kernal 500 (901234-02), BASIC 500 (901235+6-02), plus all drive ROMs (1001, 2031, 2040, 3040, 4040, 9000) and VIC-II palettes. Embedded ROM check in sysfile_load takes priority over filesystem. Models: 510 PAL/NTSC. CBM-5x0 (P500/C510) uses VIC-II chip instead of CRTC. IEEE-488 bus (not IEC serial), no JiffyDOS support. Cartridge slots (Cart1-Cart6) are user content, not system files.
