Technical notes

MAME 0.159 (version.c, the core reports 0.160) compiled with SUBTARGET=cdi, only cdimono1 driver. Checks cdimono1.zip existence in system_dir, then game dir. Returns -2 if missing. cdic.bin and slave.bin are undumped 68HC05 MCUs (NO_DUMP), not in the ZIP.
