Technical notes

Port of Mednafen's pce_fast module with SuperGrafx and CD support. The card image is read from the system directory by HuC_LoadCD() at CD-ROM load time (mednafen/pce_fast/huc.cpp:221-245), and the load fails when the file cannot be opened. Core option "sgx_cdbios" selects which image to use (default: System Card 3). With "sgx_detect_gexpress" enabled (the default), DetectGECD() recognises Games Express discs and loads gexpress.pce whatever the selection (mednafen/pce_fast/pce.cpp:453-454). DetectSGXCD() detects SuperGrafx CD titles via magic bytes. Arcade Card emulation is always on (mednafen/settings.cpp:90-91). HuC_LoadCD() strips a 512-byte header and copies at most 262144 bytes. No hash or size validation on BIOS load.
